Greenfield School is open for the admission of the school year 2023 - 2024 with the following information:

- All students are eligible for age, and health and have completed the study program as prescribed by the Ministry of Education & Training, meeting the admission requirements.

2.1 General documents

(1). A set of student information files according to the school's form:

• Student records;

• Health records;

• Commitment to admission;

(2). Admission letter issued by Greenfield School.

(3). Students entering mid-year are supplemented with transcripts up to the time of transfer.

2.2. For students entering Grades 2-9, add the following documents:

(1). Original transcripts.

(2). Letter of consent/referral to transfer school certified by the Board of Directors of the school where the school is located students are studying.

(3). Referral letter issued by Hung Yen Department of Education and Training (applicable to students from outside the province from grades 7 to 9). The Admissions and Customer Service Department will support students from outside the province to get the Referral Certificate issued by Hung Yen Department of Education and Training after parents provide all necessary documents.

2.3. For students entering Grade 10, add the following documents:

(1). Paper of exam results in Grade 10 (for students applying by exam results method).

(2). Provisional certificate of graduation (issued by the secondary school).

(3). Priority certificate (issued by the organizer - if any).

(4). Original high school transcript.

  • The school gives priority to organizing recruitment directly at the school campus. The school can flexibly use the online application method in the necessary conditions.
  • Candidates are exempted from taking the English entrance exam if they already have equivalent certificates.
  • Students enroll in 6th and 10th grade according to specific admission regulations.
  • Students participate in the entrance exam according to the following regulations on exam subjects and exam format.

1. For students who pass High-Quality Pathway, but wish to switch to (i) Global Citizen Bilingual systems; or (ii) Cambridge International, it is necessary to take a competency test according to the requirements of each program, which is specified as follows:

2. For students who pass Cambridge International Pathway, but wish to switch to (i) Global Citizen Bilingual systems; or (ii) High quality will be considered for transfer by the taken exam results and Math test results in Vietnamese.

1. Be present at least 30 minutes before the exam time. Candidates arriving more than 10 minutes late after the first exam papers are distributed will not be allowed to participate.

2. Make sure to dress politely and neatly.

3. Present the test card to the examiner for the examination.

4. Only brought into the exam room: Pens, pencils, compasses, erasers, rulers, pocket calculators without text editing function, no memory cards.

5. Prohibit bringing into the examination room: Carbon paper, eraser pen, alcoholic beverages; weapons and explosives, incendiary; materials, devices that transmit or contain information that can be used to cheat during the exam and the marking process.

6. Not to exchange, copy other people's work, use unauthorized materials to take the test, or make fraudulent gestures or actions to disturb the exam room.

1. For candidates with successful results: Parents will complete the enrollment procedures for their children according to the content in the admission letter. At the end of the announced time limit, if parents do not complete the enrollment procedures for their children, the test results will be canceled.

2. For candidates who have not yet passed the exam: they can re-apply the next time if the school still has a quota (total number of applications must not exceed 03 times).
