Bus service to pick up, and drop off students from Hanoi and surrounding areas not only helps Parents feel secure but also saves time in transporting children to school. Through the Greenfield School app, Parents can easily track and manage Student's journey to and from school.
Parents wishing to use the Student bus service will fill out a Bus Registration form from Admissions and Customer Service and pay the full fee to be assigned a bus route. Vehicles used by the School to transport Students can be 16-seat, 29-seat or 45-seat car depending on the number of registered students and traffic conditions of the route, but always ensure quality in operation: a team of professional and experienced drivers, the car is fully equipped with seat belts, air conditioning ...
Depending on the actual demands, Parents can choose the shuttle service in the form of "At the point" or "According to the agreement". School bus route arrangements will be made at the beginning of each school year and may be adjusted during the school year. Detailed information about the pick-up time, bus number, and vehicle monitoring will be sent to parents 1 week before the first day of school.
Wishing to stop the service or change the pick-up/drop-off location, parents must register the Application for stopping/changing the shuttle bus location with the Admissions and Customer Service Department before the 25th of every month. After receiving and handling, Vehicle Service Department will contact Parents to confirm.
• Due to traffic reasons, buses may arrive earlier/later than scheduled. Students need to be at the pickup point 5 minutes early to ensure the bus scheduled route and not affect other students. Buses will not wait for students for more than 2 minutes.
• In the afternoon, students leave at 16:00 and gather in the car under the guidance of the Vehicle Supervisor. The car will start leaving at 16:10.
• Vehicle Supervisor will check attendance when Students get on/off the bus. Detailed information on Student bus boarding/departure times will be sent immediately to Parents via the Greenfield School app.
• In case a Student is absent, leaves early, arrives unexpectedly late, unexpectedly switches to traveling by personal vehicle, or unexpectedly changes pick-up/drop-off location, Parents need to notify the Car Supervisor before the pick-up/drop-off time at least 15 minutes. Therefore other Students traveling on the same route will not be affected.
• Parents do not arbitrarily ask the Driver, Vehicle Supervisor to let the Student off the bus at a different location than the registered one.
• Vehicle Supervisor has the right to refuse strangers, who are not Parents or guardians registered with the School to pick up Students at the drop-off point without prior notice.
In case the Student is not present at the pick-up/drop-off point on time, the Vehicle Supervisor will notify the Student's Parents. After 2 minutes, the car goes to the next point. Parents will arrange their transportation or contact the Vehicle Supervisor to pick up / drop students at the next point.
If the vehicle carries students to the last point but the parent has not yet come to pick the children up, the car supervisor will hire a taxi to take the student back to school. Then notifying the parent to come to the school and pick them up. Parents are responsible for paying expenses incurred.
• Students are required to wear seat belts during travel as required by law and for their own safety.
• Students are not allowed to play or cause noise in the vehicle; always have a polite and respectful attitude toward everyone in the car.
• Students are not allowed to eat or drink in the vehicle (except water); Do not throw paper, garbage, or unsanitary on the vehicle.
• Students comply with the seating arrangement according to the Vehicle Supervisor's instructions and sit in a certain position throughout the journey until reaching the drop-off location.
• Students are not allowed to arbitrarily adjust the devices on the vehicle. If adjustments are needed, students should seek assistance from the Vehicle Supervisor. If the student's arbitrary actions lead to equipment damage, the student will have to compensate.
• The Student should immediately notify the Vehicle Supervisor or teacher when forgetting something in the car.
• In case the Student does not comply with the above regulations, the School will send warnings and reserve the right to stop providing shuttle bus service.
