1. Entrance Application Fee and Pathway Transfer Fee
• When submitting the application form, parents pay an Application Fee of VND 2,500,000/student. This fee is collected only once upon application, non-refundable, and non-transferable in all cases (except for cases eligible for application fee exemption as regulated).
• Current students wishing to transfer systems need to pay a System Transfer Fee of VND 700,000/student. This fee will be offset against tuition fees if the student is eligible to transfer systems and officially enrolls in the new system.
• Completion of the above fees does not mean that the school has accepted the student to study. The school only accepts students for official enrollment in accordance with the Enrollment Regulations.
2. School Development Fee
• The school development fee is an annual fee, aimed at investing in upgrading, maintaining infrastructure, functional rooms, specialized learning software, technology infrastructure, additional training programs, and other specialized products serving students' learning and experience.
• Students enrolling in the second semester pay 50% of the full-year fee.
3. Experiential Activities, Events, and Field Trips Fee
• The school organizes a series of experiential programs, playgrounds and competitions, extracurricular events, and excursions throughout the academic year to help students broaden their worldviews, enhance practical experience, and apply learned knowledge.
• Students enrolling in the second semester pay 50% of the full-year fee.
4. Insurance Fee
• Health insurance (compulsory): Students participating in insurance when going for medical examination and treatment in accordance with the Law on Health Insurance will have their examination and treatment costs paid by the Health Insurance Fund within the scope of benefits.
• The school temporarily collects health insurance fees once at the beginning of the school year. The difference in fees after the official announcement of the Insurance Agency compared to the collected fee will be settled by the school at the end of the school year.
• In case the student has been granted health insurance before and is still valid (e.g., children of military personnel), parents do not have to pay this fee and need to provide a copy of the insurance card for the school to monitor and manage.
• Personal accident insurance (voluntary): Students participating in insurance when accidents, injuries, or deaths occur outside of their will within the scope of insurance will be paid and compensated as regulated.
5. Meal and Day Boarding Services

• The day boarding service fee is calculated on a monthly basis and is non-refundable for students who stop using the service in the middle of the month.
6. Shuttle Bus Service Fee
• The shuttle bus service is an optional additional service. Parents can choose to use or not use the service.
• The shuttle bus service fee is calculated on a monthly basis and is non-refundable for students who stop using the service in the middle of the month.
• The school only provides two-way bus service. If the student only goes one way, the bus service fee still needs to be paid for both ways as regulated.
• The above fees may change if the gasoline price changes by more than 20% compared to the price at the time the school announced this fee schedule and will be announced by the school 30 days before the official application.
• In case students need to register for a new/change the form or pick-up location, parents need to register with the Admissions & Customer Care Department at least 05 working days in advance and complete the additional fees (if any) before the service date. 1. Fee Payment Deadline:
• Enrollment fees: according to the announcement in the Admission Letter.
• Parents can pay fees by semester or by year to receive payment incentives.
• In case of choosing to pay monthly, fees need to be paid before the 10th of each month. If the school has not received tuition fees and service fees after the prescribed payment date, the overdue fees will automatically increase by 0.03%/day on the unpaid amount and parents are responsible for paying this additional amount.
2. Payment Method: Fees can be paid directly at the Admissions and Customer Care Department or transferred according to the instructions on the school's website (https://greenfieldpalmgarden.edu.vn/vi/phu-huynh/quy-trinh-nop-hoc-phi-c45).

4. If fees are not fully paid within 30 days of the due date, the School reserves the right to withhold academic transcripts and may refuse to provide services to the student until full payment is received. In the event of a student's withdrawal, parents are still responsible for settling any outstanding fees (if any) with the School.
5. In cases where (i) a student is 30 days overdue on payment, and (ii) educational services have been suspended, the School reserves the right to decide whether to accept or refuse the student's re-enrollment in the future.
1. When a student withdraws/discontinues studies, parents must, in all cases, notify the Admissions and Customer Care Department at least 30 days prior to the official withdrawal/discontinuation date. If parents fail to provide notice within the specified number of days, the student's official withdrawal/discontinuation date will be considered 30 days after the date the Admissions & Customer Care Department receives notification from the parents (regardless of whether the student attends school or not).
2. Fees upon withdrawal/discontinuation of studies are regulated as follows:
• Tuition Fees, Half-Board Care Service Fees, Shuttle Bus Service Fees: Calculated up to the end of the student's last month of study based on the official withdrawal/discontinuation date as specified above. The school will refund any remaining paid fees (if any).

4. The school will return the student's academic records within 05 working days after receiving complete documents in accordance with the Law on Education and the parents have fulfilled their remaining financial obligations as regulated by the school.
5. Shuttle bus, food, and half-board care services are optional services and are arranged based on parents' wishes and the school's capacity. If a student withdraws/discontinues studies due to the unavailability of these optional services, the withdrawal/discontinuation procedures must still comply with the school's regulations.
