The Global Citizen Bilingual Program at Greenfield School integrates the curriculum of the Ministry of Education and Training with international copyrighted programs, adapted to suit Vietnamese students. This program will equip students with the knowledge, skills, and qualities necessary to succeed in both domestic and international academic environments, preparing them for a rapidly changing world.

2.1. Eligibility and Application Deadline:

  • Eligibility: Students currently in Grade 9 at Greenfield School.
  • Application Submission Period: January 22, 2025 – February 12, 2025.

2.2. Application Requirements:

  • Minimum average score of 7.5 in English, Math, and Literature for Semester 1 of Grade 9.
  • Excellent conduct record, consistently adhering to school rules and regulations.
  • Active participation in class and school activities.

2.3. Application Process and Schedule:

2.3.1. Motivation Letter Round: February 13, 2025 - March 14, 2025

Students must write a Motivation Letter in either English or Vietnamese, following guidelines, and submit it to the Organizing Committee via one of the following methods:

  • Online: The registration link will be sent to candidates after the application opens.
  • Offline: Students submit their letters at the 3rd Floor Office, Building A, Greenfield School. Please contact Ms. Truc Trinh (Phone/Zalo: 0982 377 014).

2.3.2. Aptitude Assessment Round: March 27, 2025

Students will take a Logical Thinking and Reading Comprehension test in English.

2.3.3. Debating Round: March 31 - April 4, 2025 (tentative)

Students will participate in a debate in either Vietnamese or English. (Candidates will choose one from 15 provided topics.)

2.3.4. Individual Interview Round: April 7 - April 11, 2025 (tentative)

Students will attend a direct interview with the Scholarship Selection Board.

2.3.5. Results & Award Ceremony: At the Closing Ceremony of the 2024 - 2025 Academic Year

2.4. Scholarship Value:

  • 01 Champion: 100% tuition fee for the first academic year of the Global Citizen Bilingual Program.
  • 01 Runner-up: 70% tuition fee for the first academic year of the Global Citizen Bilingual Program.
  • 03 Talent Awards: 50% tuition fee for the first academic year of the Global Citizen Bilingual Program.

2.5. Scholarship Selection Method:

  • Scholarship scores are the sum of points from all four rounds (graded on an A, B, C, D scale) and are ranked from highest to lowest.
  • Students must achieve a minimum score of C in the Motivation Letter round to proceed to subsequent rounds.
  • Students must achieve a minimum score of C in each test/round to be eligible for the scholarship.
  • The Champion must achieve 4 A grades.
  • The Runner-up must achieve 3 A grades.

2.6. Scholarship Regulations:

  • The scholarship applies to awarded students upon official notification from Greenfield School.
  • The scholarship is applicable for students enrolling in the Global Citizen Billingual Pathway for the 2025 – 2026 academic year at Greenfield School.
  • The scholarship applies only to tuition fees, is non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash.
  • This scholarship cannot be combined with other preferential programs (if any) during the student's entire period of study at the School.
  • Only successful candidates will be notified. The School is not obligated to disclose detailed selection criteria. The selection of scholarship recipients is at the sole discretion of the School.
  • Throughout the student's time at the school, all tuition fees and other charges must be paid by the stipulated deadlines. Penalties for late tuition payments will apply as per regulations. In cases where tuition fees and late payment penalties are not settled by the final due date, the scholarship will automatically be terminated for that academic term.
  • The scholarship may be terminated at any time if the student engages in behavior deemed inappropriate by the School and negatively impacts the school's educational environment or other students.
