Champion of Business For Community Competition officially revealed

After two intense rounds of competition and over a month of dedicated effort, this morning, 10 teams from classes 12C1, 12G1, and 12G2 officially entered the Final Round of the Business For Community Competition – a business competition focused on solving social issues. Here, the students continued to present their business ideas along with their financial plans.

Serving as the judges for the Final Round are Mr. Adam Christopher Pastorius, Business teacher at Greenfield School, and Ms. Sandra Schneiderman, lecturer at the British University Vietnam (BUV). With their extensive experience and expertise, they will provide fair and insightful evaluations of each team’s strengths and areas for improvement.

In the Final Round, the teams presented financial projections for key business indicators such as gross profit, net profit, operating costs, and customer base. Additionally, they highlighted crucial milestones in their business implementation, such as launching marketing campaigns and introducing products within the first six months, achieving a 30% customer retention rate within 18 months, and reaching a revenue target of 30 billion VND within three years.

A well-structured and detailed financial forecast is the key to assessing a business’s potential and appeal to investors. Beyond demonstrating fluent English and confident presentation skills, the students left a strong impression on the judges with their meticulous financial plans. They also showcased outstanding performance in tackling the judges’ challenging questions.

After an intense competition, congratulations to the outstanding teams for their remarkable performances:

First Prize: 12G1.2 - Blueguard (Tang Quang Anh, Tran Hong Anh, Duong Quynh Chau, Le Anh Dung, Trinh Bui Ngoc Khanh, Vu Gia Khanh).

Second Prize: 12C1.3 - SeaSwap (Nguyen Hoang Anh, Nguyen Ngoc Khanh, Ngo Kieu Linh, Pham Khoi Nguyen, Trinh Minh Phuong).

Third Prize: 12C1.2 - GMEAL (Le Hoang Bao Anh, Hoang Minh Khanh, Nguyen Nguyen, Dao Le Khanh Tam, Nguyen Minh Thu).
