Tuition fees & Financial regulations for the academic year 2022-2023 (For students entering the school year 2022 - 2023)

The regular tuition fees in this section do not include books and personal materials.

The expected length of the school year is 10 months, and each semester is 5 months.

(*) The monthly tuition fee has applied preferential rates for the Cambridge International A-Level system as specified in section 3.2.

(**) Tuition fees for the whole term, and for the whole year, have applied the preferential rates for the Cambridge International A-Level system and the payment incentives specified in section 3.

(***) Ecopark internal car fee is free for 12 years from the first school year 2013-2014 to the end of the school year 2024-2025.

The policy of preferential tuition fees and service fees only applies to those who have completed the fees at the beginning of the year (section 2.1) and other fees according to the financial regulations of Greenfield School. The following preferential policies are applied simultaneously in the following order:

3.1. Scholarship and preferential packages are entitled as prescribed

3.2. Discounts on regular tuition fees for Cambridge A-Level (Grades 9-12)

15% reduction on listed tuition fees throughout the school year (Grades 9-12) for Cambridge A-Level Students entering the 2023-2024 school year.

3.3. Discount for the second child or more

This applies to parents who have more than one biological or legally adopted child attending the school. 

  • 5% reduction on the regular tuition fee after the discount of the above items (if any) for the second child or more for the case of one-time tuition fee payment for the whole school year, additional payment incentives section 3, 4 if eligible.
  • 40% reduction on shuttle service for the second child or more if picking up two at the same point as siblings.

3.4. Payment offer

  • 5% reduction of the regular tuition fee after the discount of the above items (if any) for the case of a one-time payment of tuition fees for the whole school year before or on June 30, 2023.
  • 2% reduction of the regular tuition fee after the discount of the above items (if any) for the case of a one-time payment of tuition fees for the whole semester before or on June 30, 2023 (for semester 1) and latest on January 10, 2024 (for semester 2)

1. Entrance examination fee and transfer exam fee

• When submitting the enrollment application, parents pay the application fee of VND 2,500,000/student (non-refundable, non-transferable in any case, collected only once when applying).

• Current students who want to change from High-Quality Pathway to the Global Citizen/Cambridge program, or change from Global Citizen to the Cambridge program, need to pay the exam fee of VND 700,000/student. This fee will be refunded in case the student passes the exam and officially enrolls in the new system.

• The completion of the above fees is not considered as the School has accepted the Student. The school only accepts students officially enrolled in accordance with the Admission Regulations.

2. School development and learning materials fees

• School development and learning materials fees are annual fees, aimed at investing, upgrading, and maintaining infrastructure, function rooms, specific learning software, technology infrastructure, training programs supplements, and other specific products for students' learning and experiences. This fee is not refundable or transferable under any circumstances.

• Students enrolling in the second semester pay 50% of the tuition fee for the whole school year.

3. Experiential activities, events, and picnics

• The school organizes a series of experiential programs, playgrounds and competitions, extracurricular events, and field trips throughout the school year to help students enhance their practical experiences and apply learned knowledge.

4. Insurance fee

• Health insurance (compulsory): Students participating in insurance when going for medical examination and treatment as prescribed in the Law on Health Insurance will be covered by the health insurance fund within the scope of their benefits. The school temporarily collects a one-time health insurance fee at the beginning of the school year. The difference in fees after the official announcement of the Insurance agency compared to the collected fee will be settled by the school at the end of the school year. In case the Student has been granted health insurance before and is still valid (eg: military child), Parents do not have to pay this fee and need to provide a copy of the insurance card for the School to monitor and manage.

• Body insurance (voluntary): Students participating in insurance when an accident, unintended injury, or death under the insurance coverage will be paid and reimbursed according to regulations.

5. Catering and boarding service fees

• School meals and daycare are optional services. Parents can choose to use or not use the service.

• Students eat in the dining room and sleep in separate bedrooms, independent of the classrooms and function rooms.

• Foodservice fee for the Primary level includes breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks.

• Foodservice fee for the middle and high school includes breakfast and lunch.

• Catering service fees corresponding to the valid days of a student's absence in the year will be settled at the end of the school year. Valid absence is counted when students provide the application for permission sent at least 02 working days before the day off.

• The fee for daycare services is calculated on a monthly basis and is non-refundable for Students who stop using the service mid-month. 6. Shuttle service fee • Shuttle service is an optional service. Parents can choose to use or not use the service.

• The shuttle service fee is calculated on a monthly basis and is non-refundable for Students who stop using the service mid-month. • The school only provides two-way bus service, if the Student only goes one way, the bus service fee still needs to be paid in both directions according to regulations.

• The above fee may change in case the petrol price changes by more than 20% compared to the price at the time the school publishes this fee schedule and will be notified by the School 30 days before it is officially applied.

• In case the Student needs to register for a new/change the service or location of pick up and drop off, Parents need to register with the Admissions & Customer Service Department at least 05 working days in advance and complete the fees (if any) before the date of service use. The above adjustments will be implemented from the 1st of the following month.

7. Other fees

• Fees for participating in after-school club classes, gifted classes, tutoring, and fees for taking international certification exams are not included in the tuition fees or service fees mentioned above.

• Uniforms are purchased according to the regulations of the School, according to the prices listed at the School Shop.

• Parents actively provide children with books, and other learning materials according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the guidelines of the School.

1. Fee payment deadline:

• Admission fees: according to the notice in the Letter of Admission.

• Parents can pay the fee by term or annually to enjoy preferential payment.

• In the case of the monthly payment option, fees need to be paid by the 10th of each month. If the School has not yet received the tuition and service fees after the prescribed payment date, the fees due will be automatically increased by 0.03%/day late and Parents responsible for the payment of this increase.

2. Fee payment method:

Fees can be paid directly at the Admissions and Customer Service Department or by bank transfer according to the instructions on the School's website (Tuition fee payment process).

3. Parents need to understand their responsibility for fee payment and payment deadlines. For some reason, the school's reminder notification does not reach the Parents, but it does not mean that the Parents delay the responsibility to pay the fees of the Student in accordance with regulations.

4. If fees have not been paid fully after 30 days from the due date of payment, the School reserves the right to retain the Academic Report Sheet and reserves the right to accept or refuse to provide services for the Student until all fees are received. In case a Student is absent from school, Parents are still responsible for paying all outstanding fees (if any) to the School.

5. In the case (i) the Student is 30 days late in payment, and (ii) the Student has been discontinued from providing educational services, the School reserves the right to decide whether to accept or refuse the Student's re-enrollment in the future.

1. When a Student withdraws/drops out, in all cases, Parents must notify the Admissions and Customer Service Department at least 30 days before the official withdrawal/exclusion date.

2. Fees when withdrawing/ quitting from school are prescribed as follows:

• Tuition, Day Care Service Fee, Shuttle Service Fee: Up to the end of the Student's last month of school. The school will refund the remaining paid fee (if any);

• School development and learning materials fees: Non-refundable or transferable under any circumstances.

• Fees for experiential activities, events, and field trips: Refundable in case the student withdraws/drops out before the official school date of the first semester (100% refund) and before the official school date of the second semester (50% refund).

• Insurance fee: Refund only in case the School has not sent the student's insurance registration list to the State insurance agency.

3. The remaining fees (if any) will be refunded to the Parents within 30 days from the student's last day at school or from the time the Parent completes the withdrawal/exclusion procedure at any time, depending on which point comes later.

4. The school will return the student's academic records within 05 working days after receiving all the documents by the provisions of the Education Law and the parents have completed the remaining financial obligations according to the regulations.

5. Shuttle service, meals, and daycare are optional services and are arranged based on the wishes of the Parents and the ability of the School. If the Student withdraws/drops out because he/she is not provided with additional options services, the withdrawal/exclusion procedures still need to comply with the School's regulations.
