A heartfelt and emotional ceremony at the Grade 9 Gratitude and Graduation Ceremony

27/05/2026

A total of 249 Grade 9 students at Greenfield School Ecopark have officially reached a special milestone in their journey of growth today.

From innocent sixth graders stepping into Grade 6 to confident students standing on the stage of the Gratitude and Graduation Ceremony, the students are now ready to embark on a new journey filled with excitement and anticipation.

In just one morning, their emotions shifted rapidly: from enthusiastic applause as they stepped into a new milestone, to heartfelt gratitude toward their “green seed planters” (teachers), to nostalgic memories of “stories Dad used to tell,” and lingering reluctance as they softly sang “Don’t Leave, Dear One.”

The Grade 9 Gratitude and Graduation Ceremony took place in a solemn, warm, and joy-filled atmosphere.
What moved the adults most today was not only the well-prepared performances, but the way the students shone on stage with gratitude, focus, and unity. Small handmade gifts and tight hugs given to parents and teachers became a heartfelt way for the students to affirm: I have truly grown up.

Not only the students, but many parents were also deeply moved as they looked back on their children’s journey of growth at Greenfield School. Messages of encouragement about confidence, courage to step out of comfort zones, and willingness to try, experience, and move forward were shared with the students as meaningful gifts for this special day.

Ms. Nguyen Thanh Thao – representing the Grade 9 homeroom teachers – delivered an emotional speech at the ceremony.

Mr. Bui Huy Hoang – parent of Bui Anh Kiet (9G2) – shared his thoughts at the ceremony.
Student Vu Duc Anh (9C1), representing the entire Grade 9 cohort, expressed heartfelt gratitude to parents, the school, teachers, and friends.
The lingering emotions after the sharing from Mr. Bui Huy Hoang (parent of Bui Anh Kiet – 9G2), Ms. Nguyen Thu Thao (homeroom teacher of 9A3), and student Vu Duc Anh (9C1) will surely remain in the hearts of parents, teachers, and students for a long time. As graduation caps were thrown into the air, one journey came to a close, and a new one is about to begin.

Ahead lie opportunities as well as unforeseen challenges. But on this journey, the students will never walk alone, as parents, teachers, and friends will always accompany them. Thank you, Grade 9 students, for your radiant years. May you always carry a spirit of curiosity, a warm heart, and strong self-belief to confidently move forward on your new journey ahead.

The students received their lower secondary graduation certificates from Ms. Vu Thi Lien Hoa, Principal of the school.
