[A-Level Entrepreneur 2026–2027] 20 Outstanding Candidates Shine in the Public Speaking Round
08/04/2026
The 20 most outstanding candidates who successfully advanced from the Aptitude Assessment Round of the A-Level Entrepreneur Scholarship 2026–2027 took part in the Public Speaking Round held on April 7.
Bringing not only confidence and determination, the students also demonstrated strong analytical thinking, persuasive reasoning, and impressive stage presence through their presentations.
In this round, each candidate was given seven minutes to deliver a speech on one of five topics: Education and Personal Development, Technology and Innovation, Personal Identity, Social Issues, and Business. Participants were free to present in either Vietnamese or English.
From their attire and presentation slides to the content of their speeches, every candidate showcased thorough preparation and a serious commitment to the competition. Beyond confidently expressing their viewpoints, they impressed the judging panel with well-supported arguments, compelling examples, meaningful messages, and creative visual aids.
Phạm Nhật Minh (8C1) shared: “I spent many days preparing for this speech. Although I felt a little nervous, I tried my best to present confidently in front of the judges. I hope to secure a place in the next round and move one step closer to my ultimate goal of winning the A-Level Entrepreneur Scholarship.”

Having changed his topic just one day before the competition, Nguyễn Bá Dũng (8C1) explained: “I decided to switch my topic from ‘Education and Personal Development’ to ‘Technology and Innovation’ only one day before the event because I felt that technology-related topics connected more closely to my own experiences. More than the award itself, what I value most is the opportunity to challenge myself, gain experience, and better understand my own abilities.”
Serving as a guest judge, Nguyễn Chi Mai, Co-founder and Director of Development at SEAAT Academy (Southeast Asia Academy of Active Thinking), expressed her admiration for the candidates: “The students demonstrated remarkable confidence in presenting thoughtful perspectives and sharp arguments on complex social issues. They also showed strong language proficiency in both Vietnamese and English. What impressed me most was their creativity, interdisciplinary mindset, and serious approach to learning, especially among the Grade 8 students at GFS.”
Congratulations to all candidates for successfully completing the Public Speaking Round of the A-Level Entrepreneur Scholarship 2026–2027. Who will advance to the Interview Round and continue their journey toward the scholarship? Parents, teachers, and students are invited to stay tuned for the upcoming results!
