Cambridge Talents Grade 2: Thrilling Until the Final Moment
12/02/2025
Exciting, intense, and dramatic—these were the main highlights of the Cambridge Talents competition for Grade 2 (Cambridge International Program) held this morning. With thorough preparation in both content and format, the competition featured questions closely aligned with the curriculum and tailored to the students' age group.
With only 15 seconds to think and respond, Cambridge Talents proved to be a highly challenging competition. Featuring 30 questions covering Math, English, and Science, the contest required contestants to demonstrate strong memory skills and sharp thinking to process information quickly and accurately.
The questions closely followed the classroom lessons, helping students reinforce and review their knowledge.
Fifty-one young "warriors" from Grade 2 entered the competition with confidence and enthusiasm. However, as the difficulty level increased with each question, the number of contestants on stage gradually decreased. By the 10th English question, only eight students remained. A rescue round, conducted by volunteers, then gave all contestants a chance to rejoin the competition and continue their quest for the championship title.

Following the rescue round, students played more cautiously, making full use of their knowledge and skills to tackle each challenge. The 13th Science question, a particularly tough one, led to the elimination of most contestants. The remaining 11 students held their ground until question 23. The competition grew even more intense as only two finalists remained after question 25. After overcoming three more challenges, the champion was finally revealed in the 28th Math question..
After two thrilling yet engaging rounds, congratulations to the Cambridge Talents Grade 2 Champion of this year: Le Dinh Dang Khoa - Class 2C1.
