The charm of water puppets has always been magical for children, thanks to their skillful movements and vividly crafted folk designs. With the aim of helping Grade 1 students explore the beauty of traditional art through a fresh perspective, this morning, Greenfield School organized an experiential trip to the Vietnam National Puppetry Theatre.

Here, students enjoyed a visually captivating performance, “The Joyful Circus,” staged on a shimmering water surface and brought to life by the artists’ masterful control. Characters such as the Panda Bear family and the majestic Dragon dance became vividly animated against lively music, sparking imagination and guiding students into a world of wonder and innocence.

Seeing the students’ radiant smiles and endless applause, we gain an even deeper appreciation for the performers’ dedication and devotion to their craft. Their quiet efforts help the younger generation better understand and cherish the invaluable cultural heritage passed down through generations. When nurtured with appreciation, this cultural legacy will continue to shine and accompany students throughout their journey.
Parents are invited to look back at the joyful moments from this memorable experience!
