The visits to these two large-scale enterprises not only provided students with firsthand exposure to modern industrial workplaces but also offered valuable insights into manufacturing processes that meet international standards.
At Hong Phuc Safety Glass Factory in Hung Yen, students from classes 10C1, 10G1, 10G2, 10G3, and 10G4 learned about a company with more than 16 years of experience in the industry. Through an introductory presentation and a guided tour of the factory’s 20,000-square-meter facility, students observed the production process of tempered glass and energy-efficient insulated glass products.

Hong Phuc Glass Factory welcomed students with engaging activities and meaningful gifts.
Beyond observation, students enthusiastically participated in interactive games designed to help them identify the characteristics and practical applications of different glass products. A highlight of the visit was the inspiring sharing session by Mr. Ngo Quoc Huan, Factory Director, whose advice on learning, self-development, and pursuing one’s passion helped students better understand the value of professionalism—not only in the construction materials industry but across all career fields.
Meanwhile, students from classes 10A1, 10A2, and 10A3 visited Daikin Hung Yen Factory, Daikin’s first air-conditioner manufacturing facility in Vietnam, covering an impressive area of 210,000 square meters. During the visit, students had the opportunity to meet and learn from the factory’s leadership team, including Mr. Takemura Tomohiko – Quality Control Director, Ms. Hoang Bich Ngoc – Human Resources Manager, and Ms. Dang Thanh Huong – Safety and Environment Team Leader.
Through these insightful presentations, students gained a deeper understanding of Daikin’s long-standing history, key product lines, and impressive commitment to sustainable operations. They also learned about the business philosophy of a Japanese corporation and the importance of prioritizing environmental protection, social responsibility, and workplace safety.
During the tour of the factory’s IoT-powered production lines, students were amazed by the efficiency of the manufacturing process, where a product is completed every 25 seconds. At the showroom, they explored real-world production models and learned about Daikin’s innovative, high-performance products. A discussion with industry experts on organizational structures and professional workplace regulations further helped students visualize career opportunities in engineering, industrial management, and multinational corporations.
The visits to both factories provided Grade 10 students with valuable knowledge and practical experiences. By observing real working environments and interacting with industry professionals, students broadened their perspectives and gained important insights that will help them make informed decisions about their future educational and career pathways.
