Greenfield School Ecopark Campus students strike gold at National Chemistry & Natural Sciences Olympiad

Competing against nearly 13,000 contestants nationwide, Greenfield School students excelled in the 3rd edition of the prestigious competition, co-organized by the Hanoi National University of Education and the Chemical Society of Vietnam. The "rain of medals" underscores the academic excellence fostered within the Greenfield School community.

The Olympiad serves as a premier national platform for students from Grades 6 to 12. It aims to ignite a passion for Chemistry, expand understanding of Natural Sciences, and promote a robust learning spirit in secondary education. Furthermore, the competition is a strategic step toward developing a high-quality science and technology workforce to support the nation’s industrialization and modernization goals.

The rigorous 90-minute examination consisted of 60 objective multiple-choice questions. The curriculum focused on specialized Chemistry for High School levels and "Matter and Changes of Matter" for Junior High levels. With a maximum score of 100, the test required candidates to not only master theoretical concepts but also demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge to practical scenarios with flexibility.
