The "HNUE Olympic STEM 2025" was structured into three rounds. The Preliminary Round required students to complete a multiple-choice test on STEM knowledge and thinking, assessing interdisciplinary knowledge (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Technology), logical reasoning, the ability to apply knowledge to real-world situations (especially environmental issues), and identifying technical solutions.

Moving into the Semifinal Round, students demonstrated their design, manufacturing, and presentation skills by delivering a STEM product aligned with green technology and sustainable development. Notably, Team 9C1 impressed with their "Sawdust Brick," Team 8G3 showcased creativity with a "Oil Spill Collection Machine," and Team 6C2 convinced the judges with their "Automatic River Trash Collector".

Based on their outstanding performance in the Semifinal, two teams, 9C1 and 8G3, advanced into the Final Round, securing spots among the Top 40 Middle School teams. In this ultimate challenge, teams utilized their interdisciplinary knowledge and a standard material kit to build a thermoelectric-powered car capable of moving at the fastest speed.

Following an exciting and intense final, three teams from GFS Ecopark Campus were honored:

  • Second Prize: Nguyen Vo Lam Nhat, Ly Minh Hieu, Bui Son Tung (9C1)

  • Consolation Prize: Quan Minh Thu, Dinh Trinh Thuy Duong, Vu Nguyen Linh Nhi (8G3)

  • Breakthrough Idea Prize: Nguyen Minh Dung, Phan Nguyen Thien Minh, Nguyen Cao Duc Anh (6C2)

Team 9C1 brilliantly secured the Second Prize at the HNUE Olympic STEM 2025

This achievement not only reaffirms the strength of the STEM curriculum at GFS Ecopark Campus but also serves as a testament to the students’ boundless creativity and sharp ability to apply STEM concepts. They are truly potential and inspiring "Shapers of a Green Future." Congratulations once again to all the students! May you continue to nurture and transform your bold ideas into reality, and reach even greater heights in future major competitions!
