The threshold of a new academic year presents an ideal moment for parents and children to explore educational pathways and define strategic directions to unlock their full potential. To provide families with comprehensive insights into the Cambridge Primary framework, Greenfield School Ecopark Campus hosted the seminar "Accompanying Your Child on the Cambridge Journey".
Led by Ms. Nguyen Hong Nhung, Head of Cambridge International Programmes (Primary & Lower Secondary), the event invited parents to gain deep structural insights into the curriculum while actively engaging alongside their children in hands-on learning activities guided by Greenfield School’s Cambridge faculty.
Overview of the Cambridge International Programme: The seminar delivered a macro view of the Cambridge curriculum, currently implemented in over 10,000 schools across 160 countries. Speakers highlighted the worldwide recognition of Cambridge qualifications and the program's rigorous academic standards.
The Cambridge Academic Pathway at Greenfield School: Greenfield School offers a continuous Cambridge pathway from Grade 1 through 12, structured across three key stages: Cambridge Primary, Cambridge Lower Secondary, and Cambridge AS/A Level. Upon completing each stage, students sit for benchmark examinations to earn globally recognized qualifications, including Cambridge Primary Checkpoint, Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint, and AS/A Levels.
The Greenfield School Educational Environment: The institution offers an inspiring international learning environment designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and advanced communication skills. Personalized support strategies ensure students build resilience, navigate academic challenges, and maximize their potential.
Empowering Effective Parental Guidance at Home: Parents received detailed guidance on mandatory learning materials, extended reference resources, supplementary activities, and multi-channel home-school communication networks. These practical insights equip families to effectively support self-directed learning at home.
Interactive Demo Lessons: Parents and prospective students actively participated in immersive model lessons. This hands-on experience offered transparent visibility into the school's teaching methodologies while strengthening the home-school partnership required to drive student success.
The seminar served as an open forum for parents to address queries, clarify expectations, and receive direct academic counseling from school leadership. With rigorous institutional preparation and strong family partnership, Greenfield School stands ready to guide its young learners as they embark on their upcoming Cambridge journey.
