Greenfield School young talents secure slots at Premier League summer camp in Thailand

The two students from Greenfield School Ecopark Campus punched their tickets to Thailand after competing against 150 regional peers at the Hanoi city-level selection round of the "Young Talents" 2026 program.

"Young Talents" is a nationwide school football tournament for students aged 12 to 14, organized by AIA Vietnam in partnership with Tottenham Hotspur FC. The competition spans three stages: school-level qualifiers across 15 selected schools nationwide, city-level qualifiers in Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City, and the final round, which selects the top 30 standouts for an intensive training camp in Thailand. Greenfield School Ecopark Campus was honored to be one of the 15 schools nationwide selected by the organizing committee to host the initial qualifiers.

With an acceptance rate of less than 2%, the young footballers making it to the final roster represent highly skilled prospects with long-term potential. They proved their capabilities not only through physical, technical, tactical, and match-play assessments but also through their strong determination and desire for self-improvement.

Guided by a holistic educational philosophy, Greenfield School has consistently fostered athletic talent through its diverse extracurricular clubs, the SPOG intensive training project (The Springboard Project of Greenfield), and large-scale school tournaments like the Greenfield Olympics. Furthermore, the school frequently establishes strategic partnerships with professional organizations to provide students with elite training programs.

According to the schedule, the 30 selected players will attend the Premier League Summer Camp at the Maraleina Sports Resort in Koh Samui, Thailand, from July 18 to 23, 2026. During the week-long camp, the young athletes will experience an international-standard, safe environment designed to maximize their potential using Tottenham Hotspur’s signature training curriculum and team spirit.
