Spanning three weeks, the training series covered a diverse range of topics, providing deep and practical insights into the role of homeroom teachers in an era of educational innovation. The sessions focused on sharing best practices for efficient classroom management and enhancing instructional quality centered on a student-first philosophy.

Throughout the training sessions, teachers gained hands-on updates across key areas:
Mastering AI Technology: Identifying opportunities and challenges presented by Artificial Intelligence (AI), while gaining practical experience with platforms like Canva AI, Giaoviendoimoi, and Diffit to design personalized, creative lesson plans, learning materials, and educational games while optimizing time.
Building Happy Classrooms: Exploring strategies to cultivate a happy classroom environment—aiming for a space where students genuinely find joy in coming to school rather than feeling pressured by grades and assignments.
Elevating the Role of Homeroom Teachers: Sharpening classroom management skills, supporting students undergoing early puberty, and handling pedagogical situations with flexibility and modern approaches.
Self-Renewal: Practicing positive energy-recharging activities to help teachers remain confident and inspired every day.
Home–School Connection: Learning how to design effective family engagement events following the 4E model, thereby creating meaningful experiences for both students and parents.

The training sessions maintained an energetic atmosphere enriched by passionate discussions and real-world case study resolutions. Beyond enhancing professional competence, each session reaffirmed Greenfield School's commitment to building a modern educational environment—where teachers serve as motivators, companions, and guides in students' holistic development.
With this thorough preparation, over 3,000 students at Greenfield School Ecopark Campus are set to return to an innovative, high-quality, and inspiring learning environment—ready for a breakthrough 2026–2027 school year!
