Summer Training 2026: Elevating Holistic Wellbeing For Faculty And Staff

23/07/2026

“Happy teachers will change the world.” Recognizing that teachers are an indispensable piece of a happy school, Greenfield School Ecopark Campus rolled out a comprehensive summer professional development program throughout July for all faculty and staff.

The program focused on four key pillars: physical health, mental and emotional health, spiritual wellbeing, and family-community connection.

Slay Your Face

Guided by makeup artist Lam Thu Phuong (Lam Thu Phuong Makeup Studio), staff and teachers were given detailed instruction on skincare, daily makeup routines, and styling techniques tailored to various aesthetics.

Greenfield School believes that a polished, fresh appearance not only boosts teachers' self-confidence, but also inspires students—implicitly teaching them self-care, professional etiquette, and respect for others.

Fit To Teach

“A sound mind resides in a sound body.” This philosophy anchored the “Fit to Teach” program, led by Coach Nguyen Ngoc Tien (Vietnam Gymnastics Federation, Founder of Super Power Studio).

Coach Tien shared deep insights into movement, nutrition, and recovery. Beyond theory, participants engaged in practical, simple, and effective exercise routines designed to improve health and overall quality of life directly in the workplace.

The Healthy Kitchen Lab

As the school's catering partner, Aden Services aims not only to deliver nutritious meals that help students maximize their learning potential, but also to accompany Greenfield School faculty and staff on their journey toward living fully and healthily every day.

During "The Healthy Kitchen Lab" session, under the guidance of experts from Aden Services, teachers discovered the core principles of a healthy kitchen and practiced preparing three simple, easily applicable nutritious dishes. The activity fostered internal team bonding while equipping staff with valuable knowledge to maintain healthy eating habits amidst a busy schedule.

Live Well, Stay Well

Led by Dr. Nguyen Thi Phong (Residency Physician at Kusumi Hospital), the "Live Well, Stay Well" session provided staff with secrets to sustaining a healthy lifestyle, methods for early detection of common diseases, and guidelines for the safe, effective use of over-the-counter medications.

The program offered valuable medical knowledge while reflecting Greenfield School's deep care for the physical and emotional wellbeing of its faculty and staff—helping them maintain positive energy and confidence as they step into their roles as "home builders" for the new academic year.
