Class 10G3 continues writing the story of peace through the project “Together for Care.”

26/09/2025

Though the war has long passed, the wounds it left behind still linger on the bodies and in the lives of many wounded veterans. From that heartfelt reflection, the students of Class 10G3 have launched the community project “Together for Care” by organizing a fundraising workshop.

The project includes a series of three workshops, with the opening session titled “Frames of Gratitude” taking place on September 25. Under the guidance of the 10G3 students, more than 60 teachers and students participated in creating photobooth holders (photo frames). Simple yet creative and delightful, these handmade products captivated everyone who joined, filling the workshop with excitement and joy.

The workshop not only attracted students but also drew enthusiastic participation from teachers and school staff.

All proceeds raised from the workshop series will be donated to the Kim Bảng Veterans Center, established in 1976. The center currently cares for 106 wounded and disabled veterans from 20 provinces, including 72 severely injured cases—those who have lost over 81% of their working capacity. Many of them struggle with chronic mental illness or brain injury aftereffects, making emotional and behavioral control extremely challenging.

For these veterans, the most precious gift is not material support but the care and empathy from today’s younger generation. The project’s meaningful goal will culminate next month with a visit to the Kim Bảng Veterans Center, where students will listen to the veterans’ life stories—reminding themselves of their responsibility to “continue writing the story of peace” through knowledge, aspiration, and a beautiful sense of purpose.

The “Frames of Gratitude” workshop concluded with the warm support of teachers and students across the school. Through the three-part workshop series, Class 10G3 aims to raise 10,000,000 VND to purchase essential supplies and partially support medical expenses for the veterans at Kim Bảng.

What exciting activities will the next workshops bring? Stay tuned and continue supporting the “Together for Care” project!
