She is an experienced teacher with many years holding Principal position and has taken on leadership over 30 years in the Education industry. For many years, she has been a member of Education Accreditation, Inspector of the Education Department of Nam Tu Liem District. She is dedicated to the education quality of thousand students at Greenfield School by all faith, dedication, integrity and perseverance.

She holds a Master's degree in Education Management and has over 30 years of experience in the Education industry. She pays special attention to ensuring the academic subjects quality while meeting specific needs of each student. With many years of dedication in the Education industry, she was awarded the Certificate of Merit for individuals with outstanding achievements in leadership and management of the University by the Minister of Education and Training, Vietnam Education Union.

She holds a Master's degree in Education Management, a Master's degree in English teaching theory and methods. With over 22 years of experience in the Education industry, she pursues building a preeminent educational community that allows diversity in students experiences and opportunities to become the young leaders of the future.
