End-of-Semester I Parent–Teacher Meeting: Listening – Sharing – Connecting
11/01/2026
As Semester I of the 2025–2026 academic year comes to a close, each Greenfield School student’s learning journey is comprehensively reviewed during the end-of-semester Parent–Teacher Meetings.
With the 1:1:1 model, each meeting becomes a dedicated space for open dialogue among teachers, parents, and students, helping families gain a deeper understanding of their children’s learning journey and overall development.
During each discussion, students, teachers, and families together review the entire learning process from the beginning of the academic year to the present — recognizing the progress made, identifying areas for improvement, and determining the necessary support for the next stage. More than just a summary, these meetings also serve as an opportunity for the school and families to align on how best to accompany and support students throughout Semester II.

The atmosphere of the meetings is filled with a wide range of emotions as parents listen firsthand to their children presenting their academic results, the activities and projects they have participated in, as well as the goals they have set for the upcoming semester. Beyond grades and achievements, students confidently share their thoughts, aspirations, and even their concerns, allowing parents and teachers to better understand them and provide timely support.
Open conversations, warm smiles, and words of encouragement come together to create meetings that are both meaningful and emotionally rich. These moments become a source of motivation, empowering students to enter Semester II with a more positive mindset and clearer goals. Greenfield School believes that with close collaboration between families and the school, students will step into the new semester with joy and continue to achieve new milestones.
