Growing Up Every Day Club – Course 1 field trip: travel broadens the mind

10/01/2026

At the pre-primary stage, exploring the world through the senses, hands-on activities, and close interaction with nature is extremely important for the development of children’s life skills.

And today, the young members of the Growing Up Every Day Club – Course 1 enjoyed an enriching and exciting experiential learning trip at Pandora Educational Park (Hanoi).

Leaving behind their initial shyness and hesitation, the children embarked on this journey with the spirit of true “explorers” — ready to challenge themselves and build connections with one another. Along the way, understanding, cooperation, empathy, and active listening became the “compass” guiding them through each experience and discovery.

A wide range of engaging activities satisfied the children’s curiosity and filled them with delight.

They took part in the “Bính Ngọ Racecourse”, tackling challenges such as the Spring Horse trial, carrying peach branches over obstacles, and delivering lucky red envelopes to the finish line. The children also explored STEM through creative paper-fireworks making, experienced traditional Lunar New Year folk games and cultural activities such as blindfolded duck catching, tug of war, Dong Ho folk painting, and making lucky envelopes, as well as solving secret codes and practicing escape and self-defense techniques.

From this journey, the children brought home countless valuable lessons: the courage to overcome their own fears, new knowledge beyond textbooks, and friendships that were nurtured and strengthened. Every smile, high-five, and cheer when completing a challenge showed that they truly stepped out of their comfort zones and took another step forward in their journey of “growing up.”

Parents are invited to look back at these wonderful moments of connection from today’s experiential learning trip at Pandora!
