[Rest Stop 03] Join Grade 6 Students in Learning 3 Tips to Set and Protect Personal Boundaries
22/01/2026
As students enter Grade 6, the outside world often changes faster than their inner world can keep up. It is common for them to feel confused when navigating relationships and emotional boundaries they cannot yet clearly name. Understanding this, the workshop “Safe Zone” – Rest Stop 03 was thoughtfully designed especially for Grade 6 students.
The workshop was organized as a series of three interconnected game-based rounds, guiding students step by step to recognize feelings of safety and discomfort in familiar situations. Through scenario matching, challenge-based activities, and quick-response tasks, students were placed in school-life–related scenarios where they could observe their emotions, reactions, and practice choosing appropriate responses.
Through this process, the concept of personal boundaries was gradually introduced as an “invisible line” that helps each student understand what makes them feel comfortable and what causes unease. Students were introduced to fundamental types of boundaries, including physical, emotional, time, and social boundaries—essential elements for developing self-regulation and emotional well-being.
Beyond awareness, students were given opportunities to practice setting boundaries using the 3S formula: Stop – pause and recognize the situation; Share – express feelings; and Solution – state one’s needs or expectations. Alongside theoretical guidance, teacher-designed role-play scenarios helped students practice speaking up calmly, clearly, and confidently.

“Safe Zone” not only provided psychological knowledge but also created a supportive space where Grade 6 students could learn to listen to themselves, understand their emotions, and feel more confident in their relationships. Through the workshop, many students shared their excitement about the simple, practical methods that proved highly effective in helping them protect their personal boundaries.
As the workshop series concludes with three meaningful “Rest Stops,” Greenfield School believes these skills will serve as a strong foundation, empowering students to build healthy relationships and grow with confidence and happiness. Now, we warmly invite parents and students to look back on the memorable moments from this inspiring workshop!
