Class 10G2 Goes Viral with a Fundraising Booth to Protect Endangered Primates in Vietnam
10/04/2026
More than 300 cups of beverages and over 50 handheld fans were sold within just three days of launch. Drinks were consistently sold out, resulting in an overwhelming number of orders through both online platforms and the on-campus sales booth.
These impressive figures were achieved by Class 10G2 (Bilingual Global Citizen Program) during the fundraising phase of their community project, “Herology.”
As part of the Community Project curriculum, Herology was initiated with the goal of promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, raising awareness of biodiversity conservation, and directly supporting Vietnam’s endangered primate species. Following a workshop with experts from the Endangered Primate Rescue Center (EPRC), the project officially entered its second phase: operating a fundraising booth.
To prepare for this activity and attract the attention of the school community, the students of 10G2 spent two months developing a detailed plan. Their preparation included market research, product selection tailored to student interests, operational planning, and contingency strategies for potential challenges.
A distinctive feature of the project lies in its visually appealing and exclusive products. The entire brand identity—from the logo, banners, and posters to merchandise such as handheld fans and beverage labels—was designed and produced by the 10G2 communications team. The class believes that product quality and a positive customer experience are the key reasons behind the booth’s continuous “sold-out” status.
Vũ Nguyễn Ngọc Hà, Head of Communications, shared: “What makes this project special is that all of our designs and illustrations were created entirely by hand. We did not use AI or pre-made templates. I believe that originality and creativity are at the heart of Herology’s unique identity. Although the workload was demanding, the positive sales results have made all our efforts worthwhile.”
Ms. Kiều Thị Ngọc Uyên, the Community Project teacher, emphasized: “Although this was the first time Class 10G2 had operated a fundraising booth and they naturally faced some initial challenges, their willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility allowed them to adapt quickly. The students worked at full capacity to manage the high volume of orders. Their efforts to raise funds in support of wildlife conservation are truly commendable.”
The Herology fundraising booth will continue operating daily from 7:30–7:55 a.m. and 10:25–10:45 a.m. in the lobby of Building G. Teachers and students are warmly invited to visit and support the project. Stay tuned and continue accompanying Class 10G2 in the exciting upcoming activities of Herology!
