No discrimination, no bullying, no stereotypes, no imposition, and no harm – these are the powerful messages that the students of 11G2 shared during Pride Week.
As part of the “Proud to Stand” project, the initiative aims to promote respect for diversity in daily life while raising awareness among all students about gender diversity, equality, and humane conduct.
“Proud to Stand” was implemented over three months in two main phases. In the first phase, students focused on building subject knowledge and communication strategies. The organizing committee spent weeks studying foundational knowledge about the LGBTQ+ community, researching reputable social organizations, and participating in workshops to hear experts’ insights, broaden perspectives, and develop a structured communication plan.
On September 27, the committee met with experts in the field to enhance their understanding and skills regarding the rainbow community.
In the second phase, students officially hosted Pride Week at school. From November 25–28, 2025, the project featured meaningful activities such as Pride Talks, setting up communication booths, organizing the “5 No’s” pledge (no discrimination, no imposition, no bullying, no stereotypes, no harm), and a supportive dress code on the final day of the project.
The workshop series began with the sharing session, “Pride Talk.”The next activity – setting up advocacy booths to promote the “5 No’s” pledge – drew active participation from teachers and students alike.Representatives of the Organizing Committee and class 11G2 at the fundraising booth.
The series of activities during Pride Week marked the culmination of the three-month journey of the “Proud to Stand” community project. Greenfield School believes that the project not only gave students the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the school community but also nurtured empathy, compassion, and a sense of responsibility – values that will accompany them throughout their growth and development.
With nearly 7 million VND raised through the "Hayday - Gifting Livestock, Sowing Golden Harvests" project, students from Class 11C1 embarked on a meaningful journey to donate 150 breeding chickens, along with essential supplies and feed, to underprivileged farmers in Thanh Oai District, Hanoi.
Three months of ideation and implementation; dozens of hours spent on communication, fundraising, and community outreach; and 26 students working together with one shared commitment—this was the dedicated journey of the community project “Smiles Unfolded”, carried out by Grade 10G2 students of Greenfield School.
As part of the Community Service course, after experiencing two approaches—Direct Service and Indirect Service—in previous academic years, this semester the Grade 12G1 and 12G2 students at GFS Ecopark Campus have moved on to implement the third approach: Advocacy.
From the more than 10 million VND raised through three workshops as part of the "Together for care" project, the 10G3 students made a meaningful visit and presented gifts to the Kim Bang Convalescence Center for War Invalids (Ninh Binh).
