· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as education, community development, business & project management, social sciences) or equivalent experience.
· Previous experience in coordinating community service projects or working with student groups is highly desirable.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate students, faculty, and community stakeholders.
· Knowledge of student development theories, service-learning principles, and community engagement strategies.
· Familiarity with educational institutions and the unique needs and challenges faced by students.
· Proficiency in using technology platforms, social media, and online tools to promote and manage student community service projects.
· Ability to work independently, demonstrate leadership, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by project schedules and student availability.
· Proficiency in English.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify community needs and develop service projects that align with student interests and abilities.
· Collaborate with educational institutions, student clubs, and community organizations to identify project opportunities.
· Create project plans, including objectives, timelines, and resource requirements, while considering the unique needs and capabilities of students.
· Provide on-site support during service projects, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
· Collect feedback from students, community members, and partner organizations to assess project effectiveness.
· Prepare reports on project outcomes and impact, highlighting student achievements and community benefits.
· Transfer the international curriculum documents into Vietnamese, consolidate, and systematize the translated information. Also, revise the content in English of internal documents upon request.
· Support in planning, organizing, and executing workshops and extracurricular activities, such as career exploration, psychology knowledge sharing episodes, or other skills development activities.
· Work directly with the Student Affairs Department (SA Team) in most of the student experiencing events related to academics.
· Assist other departments in need of shared school activities.

WORKING ADDRESS AND TIME
· Working address: Lot 01-74, Rung Co Road, Ecopark Township
· Working hour: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month
· Lunch break: 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM
